Ricardo Gradin is a highly experienced business manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, currently based in Winter Garden, FL. He has a proven track record of demonstrating strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, design-thinking, and international consulting skills. Gradin is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, conversational Italian, and has limited proficiency in American Sign Language.

Gradin currently serves as the Business Development Lead at Proxy Financial, where he focuses on prospecting new clients from Latin America and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. He personally also coordinates business operations, provides business mentorship, and connects American and Brazilian companies for partnership purposes.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Gradin built an impressive 18-year career at Banco do Brasil, where he assumed various roles such as General Manager, Business Manager, Relationship Manager, and Small Business Relationship Manager. His expertise lies in managing diverse teams, directing business unit initiatives, maintaining high-performance service levels, and ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards and procedures.

Gradin’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Theology from the Center of Theological Saber e Fé in Brazil, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Business Management from UFRGS in Brazil, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Foreign Trade from UNISINOS in Brazil. His extensive experience and education have equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the ever-changing financial landscape.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gradin is a graduate of the Krav Maga Israel self-defense technique and a competitive Brown Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Outside of work, Gradin cherishes spending quality time with his wife and children, frequently visiting Walt Disney World and other theme parks in the Orlando area.
